Earlier this year, Pippa from @littlemcrhouse came to us looking for a quick yet impactful way to breathe new life into her tired bathroom. With renovation work happening throughout her home, she needed a simple refresh that would deliver maximum transformation with minimal disruption. The result? A calm, elegant retreat that elevates her everyday routine.

What made you want to refresh your bathroom?
"Our existing bathroom looked really worn out in the midst of a big renovation project on the house, and we had the opportunity to lift the ceiling and give it a refresh to create a more soothing & luxurious space to retreat after a busy day."
Midway through their dormer renovation, Pippa faced a nightmare setback - a major leak that caused significant damage to the bathroom ceiling.
But rather than dwell on the disruption, she saw an opportunity in the chaos. By raising the ceiling by an extra 30cm, she unlocked new potential for transforming her bathroom space.
The transformation
Subtle yet intentional updates have completely transformed Pippa's space. The bold red accents were replaced with timeless green tones, complemented by a stylish mix of brass and black fixtures statement lighting.
