Where can I get a brochure?

Our brochure is available to view in a variety of formats. You can view it online, download a PDF copy, or request a hard copy brochure via our brochure request form here.

Where can I buy R2 Bathrooms products?

Your nearest showroom can be found by visiting the Find a Stockist page and entering your postcode. We have developed a sophisticated stockist locator which will even allow you to see what product is on display at your nearest store.

Can I buy R2 products online?

The R2 brand is an off-line product offering only (we do not sell R2 products online) so you will only be able to purchase your desired R2 product at your nearest R2 stockist.

Can I buy direct from R2 Bathrooms?

R2 is not able to supply products directly to the end consumer. Our products are sold through our network of retailers across the UK and Ireland. Most of our retailers have several of our ranges on display, visit our stockist page to find your nearest store.

Where can I obtain spare parts?

Should you find that you require any spare parts for your R2 products, please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help. We carry an extensive stock of our products and are normally able to dispatch spare parts within 24 hours of your request.

Where can I obtain technical information?

Technical information on all R2 products can be found on the individual product page under the specifications tab. However, if you find your question hasn’t been answered by this information then please contact a member of our customer service team who will be happy to assist with your request.

Where can I obtain fitting instructions?

A PDF version of the fitting instructions can be downloaded from the individual product page..

Our phone lines are open Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm and Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
